PROJECT SCREENS FOR THE ESCAP CONFERENCE CENTRE

UNESCAP has 5 main conference rooms and intends to replace the five (5) existing centre mounted motorized projection screens including all accessories due to their age. The current screens are operated by a master controller in the control room and additionally operated from near front stage and screen area. SCOPE OF WORK WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: • Supply and install new projection screens, of similar dimensions to existing taking into account modern wide screen format projection. • Remove the existing motorized projection screens and accessories. • Verify structural supports, and install new as required to support the new screens. • Supply and install all necessary wiring, controls, and switches as necessary to ensure a fully functional and fit for purpose projector screen system. • Remote control of screen to be from the Control Booth and presentation area as existing.
