Request for Proposal PROC-AB-1367-15-IS SAN storage replacement

The International Telecommunication Union issues the present Request for Proposal no. PROC-B-1367-15-IS in order to engage a qualified Vendor for the replacement of one of the existing midrange SAN arrays with a midrange SAN array of 90 TiB useable capacity. All items and their technical specifications are listed under Part III (Technical Specifications) of this Tender Document.
This Tender will result in a Purchase Order which shall contain ITU’s General Terms and Conditions. Interested Vendors shall be aware that the required equipment shall be delivered on or before 22 December 2015. The installation and migration of data can be started from as January of 2016.
This Tender will be administrated by ITU Procurement Division. Therefore, Vendors requiring any clarification about the Tender Document, or the procurement process itself, shall submit their queries, in writing, by the deadline of Monday 28 September 2015 at 12h00 hours (Geneva Time) to the following email addresses:

All queries duly received, as well as ITU related responses, will be published on the UNGM website (www.ungm.org) without mention of the question’s source.
The deadline for submission of the Proposal is Monday 5 October 2015 at 12h00 hours (Geneva Time). All Proposals must be physically submitted to the address referred to in Section 5.4.
At any time prior to the deadline for Proposal submission, ITU may at its discretion modify the Tender Document by amendments. All prospective Vendors shall periodically check if amendments or any other communication have been posted on UNGM.
Please take note that future tenders of ITU will be published in an e-tender system. Access to these tenders require registration in UNGM (as opposed to the present tender which is does not require registration to access the documentation).
