Description
1. The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the supply and delivery of stationery, office supplies and photocopy paper to UNFICYP HQ, Nicosia, Cyprus. 2. The duration of the Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for two additional periods of one (1) year each. UNFICYP will not order all items in a single order but will place order on an "as and when required" basis with no obligation to meet or exceed the estimated quantities. 3. An indication of the stationery and office supplies items to be covered in the Contract are listed below: Permanent markers Highlighters Pens Pencils Envelopes Plastic folders Posting notes Note pads Paper clips Transperancies Ink pads Date stamps Adhesive tapes Flip chart Stapler and supplies Rubber bands Ruler Scissors Mail-tray White board 4. The Photocopy Paper (whiteness 90%), A3, A4 and A5 size. 5. Delivery term is Delivery at Place to UNFICYP Headquarters, Nicosia, Cyprus (incoterms 2010) within five (5) days After Receipt of Order. 5. In this regard UNFICYP would like to identify qualified companies that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Qualified vendors are requested to express their interest by providing all relevant information including complete company details and experience profile using the attached Vendor Response Form, also available in our website www.unficyp.org. The interest should be sent to the attention of Ahmet Adnan Tolon either via fax +357-22-614693 or via email unficyp-procurement@un.org no later than Friday, 16 October 2015. 6. UNFICYP reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant participation in the competitive bidding exercise. The UNFICYP reserves the right to change or cancel any of these requirements at any time during the EOI and/or the solicitation process.
