Construction Works related to the Relocation of Transport Workshop at UNTSO HQ, Jerusalem

The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) with its Headquarters located at Government House, Armon Ha'natziv, Jerusalem, requests Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitable companies for the Relocation of Transport Workshop at UNTSO HQ. The works required include, but are not limited to: Project/Title: Upgrading of Building 26 and Building 27 - FLOSPAN Location: Armon Hanatziv, East Talpiot, UNTSO Headquarters, JERUSALEM 1. The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization - Technical Support Section, Engineering (UNTSO-TSS, Engineering) is seeking for a Construction firm with expertise and experience in the Upgrading of FLOSPAN: Installation of inner wall and ceiling insulation in Building 26 and 27 (Using wooden - China wood, vertical, horizontal studs, wooden cleats, marine plywood and galvanized iron sheet); Construct an additional wall partition at the front of Building 26 using the same structure of Building 27 – FLOSPAN; Additional high double swing out door to Building 26, same as the double swing out door of Building 27; Reinforce concrete floor slab and driveway at Building 26, (The following technical works are; carpentry works, masonry works and painting works), located at Building 26 and Building 27- FLOSPAN, UNTSO Headquarters compound, Jerusalem. 2. The Contractor shall provide all necessary construction materials, labor skilled workers, insurance, equipment, scaffolding, safety system, tools, supplies, transport and all associated services and facilities which are required for the full and satisfactory execution for the installation and construction of the proposed project - Upgrading of Building 26 and Building 27 – FLOSPAN.
