The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

This ITB includes the following documents:

            Section 1 – This Letter of Invitation

            Section 2 – Instructions to Bidders (including Data Sheet)

Section 3 – Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications

Section 4 – Bid Submission Form

Section 5 – Price Schedule Form

Section 6 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder

Section 7 – Technical Bid Form

Section 8 – Bid Security Form

Section 9 – Performance Security Form

Section 10 – Evaluation Criteria

Section 11 – General Terms and Condition for Works

Bidders are also required to complete the following forms and attach with the submission:

Form-1 –              Projects in Hand/In Progress

Form-2 –              Work programme/Gantt Chart

Form-3 –              Key Personnel Commitment Form

Form-4 –              Experience Project Completed

Form-5 –              Litigation History.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, together in a sealed envelope, should be received in accordance with Section 2 latest by Thursday 17 September 2015 12:30 pm. In UNDP following address. Delivery by hand is strictly not permitted.

Note: Please ensure to mention the company name and reference number on envelop of solicitation document e.g. [Ref. # PU/ITB/2015/163]. In case Courier Company will use their own envelop then also make sure that Reference number is mentioned clearly. Proposals/bids/quotations received without reference number in the subject line will not be entertained and will be returned unopened to the sender (mentioned on Envelop). UNDP will not assume the responsibility for the misplacement or premature opening of the bids when the instructions noted above are not properly followed.

Application received after the above deadline will not be considered. By hand delivery at the above address is not acceptable. Therefore, all parties are requested to please ensure to submit the documents through courier.
