The United Nations Support Base in Valencia, Spain (UNSB-V) has identified a requirement for the establishment of a Long Term Contract (3 + 1 + 1 years) for the Rental of light, medium, heavy bus and Taxi service. The vehicles are requested to be rented with a driver and will be used on an “as and when” required (including week ends and official holidays) basis for the movement of personnel to and from the United Nations Support Base premises in Avenida Comarques Del Pais Valencia 2, Quart de Poblet, Valencia – Spain. For this purpose, the bus and taxi service will be structured into four (4) routes: a. UNSB-V to/from Valencia downtown b. UNSB-V to/from Valencia Civilian Airport c. Valencia Civilian Airport to/from Valencia downtown d. UNSBV to/from outside Valencia (up to 30km) The Company shall provide the following category of vehicles: 1.1.1 BUSES a) Light category (up to 19 seats): Approximately 80 trips per year b) Medium category (up to 34 seats): Approximately 140 trips per year c) Heavy category (up to 60 seats): Approximately 100 trips per year 1.1.2 TAXIS a) Taxi up to 5 seats (driver + 4 passengers): Approximately 50 trips per year b) Taxi up to 7 seats (driver + 8 passengers): Approximately 50 trips per year
