Provision of Flexcube Consultancy Services under Long Term Agreement

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is looking for an external provider of Flexcube Consultancy Services on the basis of if and when required.

The purpose of this Tender is to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with various companies whose employees or consultants are experienced and have sufficient knowledge in the FLEXCUBE Consulting Profile specified in this tender, in order to provide FLEXCUBE Consultancy Services on a “as needed” basis.

The prospective Consultants will work with IFAD’s internal ICT Staff aiming to absorb peaks of development, implementation and maintenance works to be performed. Consultants shall perform these activities either at IFAD headquarters or from an offshore environment. In particular, IFAD wishes to establish a non-exclusive LTA with FLEXCUBE Consulting company.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to provide a basis from which to evaluate the most adequate provision of required services and to allow the bidders to propose the most appropriate and cost-effective solution for IFAD.

CONTRACT DURATION: Three (03) years with possible renew for additional two (02) years.

CONDITIONS: Commercial offer should be with prices quoted in Euros or US Dollars, net of VAT. IFAD is exempt from payment of taxes, levies, duties, and thus prices must be quoted net of such taxes. The prices will remain fixed for the entire duration of the contract and its subsequent extensions, if applicable.
