Provision of Flexcube Management Services

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is looking for an external provider of Flexcube management services.

The purpose of this Tender is to establish a FLEXCUBE Management service contract with a company whose employees or consultants are experienced and have sufficient knowledge in the FLEXCUBE Consulting Profile specified in this RFP, in order to provide FLEXCUBE Management Services.

The prospective Consultants will work with IFAD’s internal ICT Staff for the services mentioned in this RFP. It is expected that the service is provided from an offshore location. However, consultants must be available to work on site (IFAD Headquarters in Rome, Italy), if required for a limited period. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to provide a basis from which to evaluate the most adequate provision of required services and to allow the bidders to propose the most appropriate and cost-effective solution for IFAD.

Access to tender Documents: In order to have access to the Tender Documents, it is necessary to register in UNGM portal (www.ungm.org). Please read the instructions in the attached document. CONTRACT DURATION: Three (03) years.

CONDITIONS: Commercial offer should be with prices quoted in Euros or US Dollars, net of VAT. IFAD is exempt from payment of taxes, levies, duties, and thus prices must be quoted net of such taxes. The prices will remain fixed for the entire duration of the contract and its subsequent extensions, if applicable.

EXTENDED DEADLINE: Your proposal should be submitted through UNGM portal by September 14, 2015, 15:00 CEST.
