ITB for the procurement of SWIFT Statement Management and Disaster Recovery (DR) Site Services

UNDP seeks service provider, preferably a SWIFT certified partner, which can provide a software tool to manage SWIFT statements and to host its disaster recovery site for the same tool and for SWIFT server, and capable of handling flexible statement formatting and a secure site for UNDP data.  The DR site should be capable of handling data up to 7 years and should support up to 5 concurrent users.  The proposed system is expected to store historical messages currently archived in UNDP's SWIFT Alliance, in-house backup systems, and stored in existing outsourced DR location with approximate size of 1GB; and provide end users the capability to retrieve them and take necessary actions.

UNDP uses SWIFT services based on SWIFT Alliance Access 7.0.X web based messaging interface and SWIFT Alliance Gateway and FileAct.  The SWIFT interface is a critical aspect of UNDP Treasury headquarters banking documentation.  Hence, adequate back-up facilities need to be implemented to cater to any unforeseen outage.   To ensure secured back-up facility for SWIFT Alliance, UNDP is also seeking continuation of Disaster Recovery facility for SWIFT Alliance Access 7.0.X, which can be utilized in the event of an emergency at its premises.  As such, the requirement under this ITB has the following two parts:

1. SWIFT Statements Management Tool
2. Disaster Recovery (DR) Site Services for SWIFT Server
