Description of General Requirements: The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for the provision of Sea/Land Freight Forwarding Services for the shipment of 44X20 ft COC Containers Stuffed with Accommodation Equipment from FCA Venice, Italy to DAP UNMISS Logistics Base, Juba South Sudan-(Incoterm 2010). Conditions: Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: 1. Interested companies MUST be registered in the United Nations Global Market (UNGM) and have a Vendor registration number. 2. The EOI must include proof that the vendor is registered at minimum UNGM Level 1 for provision of Freight forwarding services. Important Notice: 3. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4.
