1. The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) from qualified Companies for the supply and delivery of HIV PEP Test Kits to UNMISS HIV/AIDs Unit in Juba-South Sudan 2. Description of General Requirements: UNMISS has a requirement for the purchase of HIV PEP Test kits for UNMISS HIV/AIDS Unit in Juba South Sudan. Conditions: 3. Interested contractors are invited to submit their EOI by courier, email or hand delivery as indicated in article 5 below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: 3.1 As a mandatory requirement for UNMISS, before submitting their EOI response, interested firms are required to be fully registered as a supplier in the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org at level one (1) of vendor registration or above. 3.2 Proof that the interested companies are authorized suppliers or distributers of medical supplies. 3.3 UNMISS Procurement Section shall reject any EOI that does not contain the final UNGM vendor registration number under the specified UNSPSC as such submissions will be considered non-responsive. 4. Interested contractors must have the capacity to provide and deliver the goods and services at the location. Contractors operating in the location where the goods and services are required are strongly encouraged to apply. 5.
