Developing an Action Plan for the Implementation of Kuwait 2035 Vision

Overall Objective: The overall objective for this request for proposals is to develop an action plan for the implementation the long term vision of Kuwait 2035 plan through the five year plan of 2015-2019.

This 5 year plan is built on two tracks; the first track addresses the challenges of economic development, human and social development, the efficiency of state institutions and administration and combating corruption. The second track addresses the enabling conditions to achieve the Kuwait 2035 vision, especially the transformation of Kuwait as a commercial and financial hub for the region.
