Construction of Security Fence and Gates in Planned UNMIK Mission HQ Compound

United Nations Interim Mission in Kosovo has a requirement for the “CONSTRUCTION OF SECURITY FENCE AND GATES in Planned UNMIK Mission HQ Compound” in Pristina. The successful bidder shall purchase, manufacture and install a security fence ~2,4m high with prefabricated elements (fence panels and columns) and anti-ram protection consisting of 3 rows of steel wire. Total length is ~1000 m. The Works shall comprise of the following: 1. Purchase and do Installation of Prefabricated Elements Prefabricated security fence system with welded wire mesh panels, rectangular columns and assembly elements, all from the same manufacturer. Type: Anti-climb security fence Panel: Welded wire mesh Mesh dimensions: ~1.25 x 7.5 cm Wire diameter: 4 mm Coating: galvanized and polyester-coated Poles: Internally and externally galvanized (minimum 275 g/m2 both sides combined), polyester finish (60 microns minimum). Dimensions: 80 x 60 x 2.5 – 3100 mm high (2400 mm high fence). Fixing Brackets: Specially-designed fixing brackets fasten the panels to the posts very securely, providing necessary flexibility. 2.
