1. The United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) intends to solicit proposals for the PROVISION OF SERVICES to purchase of “airtime to broadcast minustah radio programmes throughout haiti”. 2. For this purpose, MINUSTAH will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly. Accordingly, MINUSTAH would issue Request for Proposal to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill MINUSTAH’s requirements. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a price proposal.
