The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) has a one-time requirement for the provision of the following Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT) Training Courses: • COBIT 5 Foundation Course (Online self-paced); • COBIT 5 Implementation Course (3 day-course Classroom-based) The Training Courses are intended for ICT Field Staff involved in the management of projects, programs and services through the UN Field Missions. The Class-Room based Course should be delivered alternatively at UNGSC/UNLB, Brindisi, Italy or UNGSC/UNSB, Valencia Spain, subject to the UN operational requirements, and will host a minimum of 5 up to a maximum of 14 participants. Both Courses will include standard training material for each participant in electronic format, as well as certification exam. The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage soon after the closing date for this EOI.
