Senior Evaluation Specialist (Health, Nutrition, HIV-AIDS) P5 Temporary Assignment

Under the general direction of the Director, Evaluation, provide high level evaluation services and support in determining the effectiveness of corporate programming strategies managed through the Health, Nutrition and HIV-AIDS elements of UNICEF’s strategic plan 2014-2017. The post will directly manage independent evaluations, develop evaluation guidance and methodologies, and support related research and performance assessment.
