Design & Printing of 2014 Supply Annual Report

In-line with UNICEF's vision of visualising data in interesting, clear and fresh ways, and creating a user-friendly and interactive communication approach, we are seeking to engage an external designer to support our communications team in the annual report process.

The RFPS-DAN-2014-501974 document for the Design & Printing of 2014 Supply Annual Report is attached for your review.

Please note the following:

• Full proposals should be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received no later than 16:00 (Copenhagen Time) on Wednesday, 21 January, 2015 in three (03) original copies, duly signed and dated. Proposers must submit a sealed proposal, with two separate sealed envelopes inside for a) the Technical Proposal and b) the Price Proposal.
• The Proposal must be sent by regular mail (not e-mail) for the attention of the Bid Registration Unit of UNICEF Supply Division, Oceanvej 10-12, DK-2150 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark. Proposals not sent in this manner will be disqualified.
• Prices must be quoted without taxes.

The schedule of the contractual process is as follows:

1. Closing date and time for submission of full proposal: 16:00 (Copenhagen Time) on Wednesday, 21 January, 2015
2. Questions to be received by: 14 January, 2015
3. Estimated date of Signature of contract: 1 February, 2015
