Office Design and Layout for UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub

Dear sir/madam,

In line with the ongoing structural change process, UNDP’s presence in Bangkok is being expanded and to accommodate the increase in personnel and to provide an efficient working environment, UNDP intedns to relocate its Offices to a commercial location situated in the Central Business District of Bangkok.

In order to establish the Offices in the new premises, UNDP requests bidders to submit bids for the design and lyaout of its future Office premises. 

You are kindly requested to confirm your intention to bid for this opportunity by email to rcb.procurement.th@undp.org latest by 11 a.m. ICT on October 16, 2014.

A pre-bid meeting would be held at 2 p.m. ICT on October 17, 2014 at UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub and participants may also join the meeting via Skype (see BDS 7 for details).

Your bid, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, together by email only to  rcb.procurement.th@undp.org should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, by 2 p.m. ICT on October 27, 2014 (please review the submission checklist provided at Annex 1 of the ITB document, to ensure that the bid is complete in all respects).
