UNDP seeks to support the Ministry of Local Government to engage a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive MEL Policy, strengthen institutional capacity through targeted training of MEL focal persons, and deploy appropriate data analysis application to support effective monitoring, reporting, and evidence-based planning.
