Call for External Collaborator - Consultant to support project implementation and deliver MSMEs training in Muthanna, ILO IRAQ/DWCP/IRQ-22-03-ITA

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will support the effective coordination, implementation, and deliver MSMEs training in Muthanna. This includes close collaboration with Project Manager to ensure alignment with project objectives and work plans, as well as engagement with government entities, private sector actors, financial institutions, and local communities. The consultant will conduct regular field visits to monitor activities, deliver MSMEs trainings, collect field data, and contribute to quality assurance and reporting through project monitoring tools. In addition, the consultant will follow up with partner bank branches on MSMEs referred by the project, coordinate with bank focal points to track case progress, support validation and field verification visits, and help resolve operational or documentation bottlenecks to ensure timely completion of cases. The role also includes providing operational and logistical support for trainings, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and field missions, while carrying out any other technical or operational tasks assigned to support the achievement of project outcomes.
