Provision of Printing Services including business cards, stickers, poster and miscellaneous printings services to UNAMA, Kaul, Afghanistan

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors for its requirement for the Provision of Printing Services including Business Cards and Miscellaneous Printing Services. The resulting Contract shall be of an initial duration of two (2) years with optional extensions of one (1) year. at the sole discretion of UNAMA. The contract shall be implemented on an “as-and-when-required” basis, where UNAMA will issue Purchase Orders for specific printing requirements during the contract period. Delivery of printed services shall be on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, INCOTERMS® 2020, to UNAMA-designated delivery locations, including the UNOCA Compound, Kabul. The Successful Contractor shall provide comprehensive printing services on timelly manner, including but not limited to: • Printing of business cards (single-sided and double-sided) • Printing of forms, transport booklet, stickers, labels, posters, and reports • Printing of safety signage and operational materials • Design layout and formatting services when requested by UNAMA • Finishing services such as lamination, binding, cutting, numbering, labeling, and packaging • Delivery of printed services to UNAMA-designated locations (UNOCA Compound, Kabul). Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Bidders should express intereste to this EOI electronically. The bid package with the details for the requirement, including the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Statement of Requirement (SOR) will be provided after the closing of the EOI and during the solicitation stage. Specific Requirements/Information 1. Registration with United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM), www.ungm.org at Basic Level and preferably registered or submitted at Level 1. 2. Certification of Incorporation and a valid Business License authorizing the Contractor to provide printing servies in Afghanistan The Contractor must comply with all applicable local health, safety, sanitation, and business regulations of Afghanistan. Non-compliance to above mentioned criteria will result in disqualification of the vendor during the bidding exercise and evaluation stage.
