Description
Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking a Service Provider or Consultant (individual or a team of up to two) to develop a toolkit and deliver a comprehensive training and mentoring programme on Social Dialogue-based Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD). This assignment specifically targets enterprises within Thailand’s automotive and electronics sectors under the ILO-Japan Advancing Responsible Supply Chains and Decent Work in Asia (RSC) project.
The assignment will be conducted in Thailand from May to December 2026, focusing on enhancing the capacity of employers and workers to implement effective labour-dimension HRDD through bipartite social dialogue.
Interested bidders are requested to submit the following documents in English:
1. Cover Email: A short expression of interest (not exceeding 100 words).
2. Technical Proposal: A brief proposal (maximum 3 pages/3,000 words) outlining the proposed methodological approach and process for developing the toolkit and delivering the training/mentoring.
3. Financial Offer: A clear financial proposal based on a daily fee expressed in USD.
4. Professional Profile: Updated CVs or organizational profiles of all proposed team members.
5. Evidence of Previous Work: Up to two examples of similar published works (e.g., reports, training manuals, or analytical briefs).
Please note that this call is open to Thailand-based consultants with deep knowledge of the local manufacturing sector and industrial relations systems.
