Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will support Better Work’s efforts to strengthen the role of buyers in supporting Freedom of Association (FoA) and Collective Bargaining (CB) in global supply chains. Working closely with the team, the consultant will participate in stakeholder consultations, co-facilitate workshops with buyer partners, analyse evidence from pilot activities, and translate findings into practical guidance. The role will help identify how buyer policies and sourcing practices can positively influence industrial relations and inform broader industry tools and recommendations.
