Description
United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), hereby invites qualified firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for Provision of Comprehensive Graphic Design and Layout services for UNEP's communication and products. Background and objectives: UNEP produces several types of publications including technical and assessments reports, monographs, atlases, annual reports, and periodicals. It produces also a range of information materials such as posters, flyers, leaflets and brochures. These materials require the provision of graphic design and layout services to meet high quality standards of UNEP publications and communication products. The Publishing Unit works on multiple products throughout the year, many of which are annually planned and some of which are published on an ad hoc basis. The general high quality publication design services required, however, are relatively standardized in nature and require long term arrangements for efficient execution. In this regard, UNON on behalf of UNEP intends to Contract multiple vendors for a duration of 3 years for the provision of comprehensive graphic design and layout services for communication materials and products. Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to adeline.singoei@unon.org, with a copy to margaret.mathenge@unon.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. UNON reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only Vendors which in UN's sole discrition are deemed eligible and qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their EOI submissions may receive the final tender solicitation documents.
