The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies for the Provision of Fire Truck Water Pump for MONUSCO, United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The following will be the requirement: a) Technical requirements: - The water pump shall be “Sides: 2N-32-120-15” or alternative equivalent. - The pump shall comply with applicable safety and quality standards for fire truck operations. - Any proposed alternative model must be accompanied by technical documentation demonstrating full compatibility. Alternatives may be subject to additional verification and may be rejected if compatibility cannot be confirmed. - Warranty/Defects Liability for minimum one year against defects in material and workmanship b) Proven experience in providing similar goods for at least three (3) years along with the following supporting documents: - Certificate of Incorporation of the company; profile of the company; - Two (02) clients reference letters for supply of similar products. Copies of purchase orders for previous UN contracts can be submitted in lieu of reference letters. c) Basic Level of registartion in UNGM. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of bid. MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. Submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the documents; MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOI’s received after the deadline indicated below.
