New clarification added: Clarification:Dear Procurement Unit,I hope this email fids you well.I am writing to seek clarification regarding the list of spare parts for, consumables, and accessories as requested under ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements. In the upload section, there is a mention of this list, but I was unable to locate a specific form for it in the downloadable documents section of the tender. Could you kindly confirm whether a particular form needs to be completed for this section, or if we are permitted to submit the list in our own format?Additionally, I would like to respectfully request an extension of the submission deadline by 3 days. This extension would greatly assist us in providing you with the most competitive and comprehensive offer, as we are approaching the Chinese New Year. During this period, our suppliers are experiencing a higher volume of work, and the extra time will ensure we can secure the best possible terms for you.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.UNOPS REPLY:Bidders are permitted to submit the consumables, and accessories list in their own format.Unfortunately, no extensions can be granted for this tender due to the project's strict deadlines.
