New clarification added: Clarification request no. 5In the tender documentation, it is stated that the delivery of all goods and completion of installation shall be carried out within 40 calendar days from the date of Contract or Purchase Order signature. We would like to kindly request clarification on whether there is a possibility to reconsider and extend this deadline.Considering that the doors are supplied from abroad and are manufactured in non-standard dimensions (custom-made production), it is necessary to take into account the production lead time at the factory, quality control procedures, as well as transportation and delivery to Kosovo. For us, as an economic operator, a realistic and sufficient timeframe to ensure proper production, delivery, and installation would be 65 calendar days from the date of Contract or Purchase Order signature. We would like to emphasize that it may be possible to complete the project within a shorter period than 65 days; however, due to the specific nature of the production process and international transportation, and for reasons of planning security and proper execution, we respectfully request that this timeframe be considered as the official delivery period.Clarification response no. 5After careful consideration and review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate an extension to 65 days due to project timeliness. However, please be advised that in order to provide reasonable flexibility and support delivery and installation implementation, we can grant an extension up to 50 days, representing an additional 10 days beyond the current timeframe.

New clarification added: Clarification request no. 6Regarding the tender request for metal doors, fire-rated doors, and radiation/blast‑resistant doors, we would like to request an additional clarification. Specifically, we would like to confirm whether we are allowed to propose our own dimensions, which are based on the production standards of the factory we represent for the Balkan region. In certain cases, these dimensions may differ by ±2.5 cm or ±5 cm from those specified. For illustration, below are several examples of the standard deviations that result from the production process:ID D02: from 1500 x 2100 to 1525 x 2150D03: from 1800 x 2900 to 1835 x 2150 (with glass openings on both sides of the door)D04: from 1100 x 2900 to 1080 x 2150 (with glass openings on both sides of the door)D05: from 1800 x 2100 to 1835 x 2150D05’: from 2000 x 2100 to 2025 x 2150D05”: from 1800 x 2100 to 1835 x 2150D09: from 1500 x 2600 to 1525 x 2150 (with an integrated window on one leaf of the door)D06: from 1800 x 2100 to 1835 x 2150D06’: from 1500 x 2100 to 1525 x 2150D06”: from 900 x 2100 to 890 x 2150D07’: from 1500 x 2400 to 1525 x 2150D18: from 2000 x 2200 to 2025 x 2150D02: from 2000 x 2400 to 2025 x 2150D07: from 1500 x 2100 to 1525 x 2150Allowing these standard tolerances would enable us to submit a more competitive and advantageous offer.Clarification response no.6 The doors with both proposed dimensions should fit within given door openings. Please be advised that according to the tender documents it is required to conduct actual measurements for door openings. Based on the outcome of the measures, it will be decided to proceed with either unified dimensions proposed.

New clarification added: Clarification request no. 4We would like to ask about Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences tender regarding the dimensions of the emergency doors: IDs D09, D04, and D03.The door heights are 290 cm and 260 cm, but they are divided in the upper section with a glass panel. Is it possible for the entire height to be a single door leaf, or alternatively for the glass to be integrated within the door itself rather than placed in the upper section?Additionally, is 210 cm the final required door height (for all doors), or would 205 cm or 215 cm also be acceptable? Since 210 cm is outside the standard production dimensions for emergency doors, would it be possible to adjust the height of the above-mentioned doors (D09, D04, D03) to 205 cm or 215 cm?This dimension results in a higher cost per door.Clarification response no. 4The doors with both proposed dimensions should fit within given door openings. Please be advised that according to the tender documents it is required to conduct actual measurements for door openings. Based on the outcome of the measures, it will be decided to proceed with either unified dimensions proposed.
