New clarification added: Date: Feb. 19, 2026Dear Bidder,Thanks for your interest in UNOPS tender and subsequent request of clarification. Please find below summary of your questions and UNOPS response.Question 2: The original document states that the bidder must have completed two projects with a minimum value of ETB 115 million each, and one project with a minimum value of ETB 225 million. However, Amendment No. 1 (which is not clearly presented) indicates a minimum of ETB 15 million and ETB 25 million, without specifying the number of required projects.Kindly confirm and clearly state the revised experience requirement, including the number of projects and the minimum contract value for each.Answer 2: UNOPS appreciates your request for clarification regarding this matter. Please note that Amendment 1 has officially cancelled two criteria from the previous table that were included in error.Specifically, the requirements for a "minimum 15 million for two experiences and a minimum 25 million ETB for one experience" are no longer valid. Bidders should exclusively follow the criteria listed under the "Criteria" tab in eSourcing. For your reference, the updated valid criteria are as follows for the case refered above:"The bidder has experience successfully delivering similar [two (2)] construction works contracts with a total contract amount of 115 million ETB each, or one (1) similar construction works contract with a value of 225 million ETB, within the last [three (3)] years prior to bid opening. Similar experience is defined as similarity in the nature of the works and the bidder’s involvement as a prime contractor. If supporting documents are denominated in a currency other than ETB, UNOPS shall convert all amounts into ETB using the United Nations Operational Exchange Rate (UNORE) buying rate applicable on the date of bid opening." Please read carefully the content of the amendments so that you can understnd the full content. Please check the link to find those valid criteria under CRITERIA TAB: https://apps.unops.org/apps/esourcing/#/ProcurementEvent/29266/Solicitation/61462/Criteria Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions regarding this ITB.With Kind Regards,UNOPS Evaluation Team
