New clarification added: Dear Bidders, Clarification on a few technical points to ensure our proposal fully aligns with your operational environment and expectations:1.Operating Environment Confirmation:You specified an operating depth rating of minimum 500 m for the camera and a cable length of 500 m for both items. Could you please confirm that the equipment is intended to operate fully submerged in water at depths of 500 meters or more within the borewell?2.Waterproofing & Power/Data Interface Design:The specifications require a minimum IP68 rating (suitable for deep submersion) and mention an external power supply (no battery) and a USB 2.0 interface. To meet the IP68 standard under such high-pressure, deep-water conditions, specialized design for all cable connectors and ports is critical. Could you please clarify:Is the requirement for the USB interface intended for data offloading only at the surface (not submerged), or must it also maintain a waterproof connection while deployed? Are you open to systems where the surface control unit handles recording and connectivity, with the downhole probe and cable featuring a permanently sealed, molded connector to achieve the necessary waterproof integrity?3.Signal Transmission over 500m Depth:Reliable video and sensor signal transmission over a 500-meter cable in a submerged environment is technically achievable. We typically employ shielded, reinforced coaxial or hybrid cables with integrated conductors for power, video, and data. Please confirm if your technical expectation aligns with this type of signal transmission solution. We look forward to your response Clarification Responses, 1. Yes, the Intenstion is to have the Well Camera Operating at the depth of 500Mtrs as we would like to use it for Boreholes assessement, rehabilitation as well as Investigate any problems encounterd during the installatoion of the Pipes and submersible Pumps.2.The intention is to offload the data on surface after finshing the inspection. The inention is to have the camera and it's connections fully sealed and waterproofed to work efficiently and propperly and to last long its life. Hence, the surface control unit and the downhole cable should be permanently sealed. 3.We can accept the reinforced cable, but with the condition that it shoould very flexible and easy to be lowered down, can slip easily between the casings , screen and pumps grooves. Furthormore., it shoud be able to be rolled within the reel. Otherwise we preffered the flexible cable.Regards,
