All written addenda to the bid documents shall form part of the ITB. Therefore, the following provision of the ITB is hereby amended as follows; The tender deadline is being extended from 05 January 2026, 12pm (Central Africa Time) to 08 January 2026, 12pm, (Central Africa Time)Bidders are reminded to read the tender documents carefully and submit their bids on time. New clarification added: Question Is it necessary for us to fill all the key personnel CV in returnable 0.5 Format for Resume of Proposed Key Personnel? or we will only provide for the Project Manager Answer to question Bidders are only required to declare their commitment to avail the key personnel at this stage of tender. However, for the bidder UNOPS intends to award a contract, UNOPS shall request education certificates and updated CVs for each of the key personnel for detailed analysis before awarding any contract.

New clarification added: Question 1:Regarding ITB/2025/60607 – Small Works women's Economic Community Center ( WECC) Contract, in Section VI (Returnable Schedules), Clause 0.9 DRive Suppliers Sustainability appears to be Blank. Please confirm whether the DRIVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire is required to be completed for this solicitationReposne to Question 1: The Drive is already in the system (Form Tab), thus it is not required to submit the returnable schedule 0.9 DRiVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire. However, bidders should fill the form in the system.Question 2:Under Section VI ( returnable Schedules ) Clause 0.13 it requires Name, Email and office of Contact person of UNOPS. Could you please clarify Response to Question 2: Returnable schedule 0.13 is a document to confirm a bidder's intention to either submit or not submit a bid. Most of the bidders have made their intention to either submit or not submit via the esourcing portal. Therefore, it is not mandatory for bidders to submit schedule form 0.13 as long as they make their intentions via the esourcing portal.

This statement has been removed Stage: 4.
