The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) hereby solicits your Bid for the subject requirements, in this connection please refer to the attached Scanned Invitation to Bid-Service (LIBs) documents. 1. UNICEF has the right to split the award based on price, quality and or lead time.
2. Partial financial proposal is Not permitted.
