EOI 117777 – Audio Visual / Broadcast Installation for the ICC’s Courtrooms
1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
This document is a short summary list of requirements of the Audio Visual system for the International Criminal Court’s three courtrooms to be located at the new ICC building (Permanent Premises) which is currently under construction. Construction will be completed in 2015, when the premises will be ready for use. - See more at: http://www.icc-permanentpremises.org/the-project
In addition to the solution itself, ICC will require additional resources such as Professional Services, Training (technical and end-user), Support (on or after implementation) and so forth.
1.2. Scope and Core Organizational Requirements
Three independent Audio Visual turnkey solutions systems which should provide functionality for the three ICC courtrooms located in the same building.
- HD Broadcast quality Camera’s and Robotics
- Crestron Control system
- HDMI / DVI distribution within the courtroom (and adjoining rooms)
- Professional Vision Mixer
- Vision effects mixer
- Distribution of various video signals internally and externally
- Video Display / Monitoring wall
- Integration to Video Conference and teleconference systems
- Integration to External Video and Audio sources
- Integration to Simultaneous interpretation and discussion system
We are seeking a ‘’turnkey’’ solution that makes the overall AV operation as easy as possible removing the need to configure or set up individual components each day.
It is required that the vendor will work closely with the CMS AV directors and ICTS AV team to realise a functional courtroom that is fit for purpose.
