Provision of Consultancy Services for a feasibility study for acquisition and installation of webcasting and video archiving of live UN Human Rights meetings in Geneva
The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a solicitation it intends to issue for the preparation of a feasibility study for webcasting and video archiving the meetings of the United Nations human rights treaty bodies
The selected company will be tasked to accurately assess the needs for webcasting and video archiving the public meetings of the United Nations human rights treaty bodies both in terms of capacity (staff, bandwidth, server capacity, building work, electrical installation, webcast equipment and software) and requirements (quality, accessibility, languages, etc.). The conference rooms to be equipped are located in Geneva, at the Palais Wilson and at the Palais des Nations.
The selected company will be also tasked to provide conclusions and recommendations on the needs and requirements for equipment and installation, an accurate implementation timeline (in phases) as well as a cost estimate for each action planned.
