Provision of Visa Processing Services at Consulates and Embassies outside of New York City

The Travel and Transportation Section (TTS) at the United Nations Headquarters (UNHQ) in New York City seeks to acquire a provider of visa processing services on behalf of staff members, for those consulates and embassies located outside of the New York City area. In this connection, it is expected that all of the visa processing will be at those consulates and embassies located in the Washington D.C. area. The visa processing services contractor shall be required to provide the following: 1. Receive from the UN visa applications of staff members to countries who have their embassies/consulates providing consular services exclusively in the Washington D.C. area. Provide necessary tracking information and estimated times/dates for processing and delivery via an online portal. 2. The contractor shall then process the applications, taking all necessary steps in an expeditious manner to deliver and collect documents from embassies/consulates, and subsequently send them back to TTS. Options for expedited pick-up, processing, and delivery should be available.
