PROVISION OF DOOR TO DOOR FREIGHT FORWARDING & CLEARANCE SERVICES TO UNMOGIP IN PAKISTAN

The United Nations Military Observer Group in India & Pakistan (UNMOGIP) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced and qualified companies for a solicitation it intends to issue for the provision of complete door to door freight forwarding and clearing services to / from UNMOGIP Pakistan. The contractor will be required to provide complete door to door shipping and clearing services for the personal effects of UNMOGIP staff and for UNMOGIP Official outgoing and incoming shipments to and from any destination worldwide on an as and when required basis. A contract will be made with the winning bidder for an initial period of two years further extendable for one year or part thereof. The geographical location would be to and from Islamabad, Pakistan, to and from various locations worldwide. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMOGIP reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that such company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only those prospective companies that are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission will receive the final Solicitation Documents.
