Provision of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Production Support Services

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) issues the present tender for the Provision of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Production Service Support.The purpose of this tender is to select, in accordance with ITU rules and procedures, a supplier to provide ITU with the deliverables and professional services as described in details in the Technical Terms of Reference available in Part III.

1. Intention to Bid

Prospective vendors are kindly requested to complete, sign and return by email by the deadline of Monday 9 June 2014 (12h00 Geneva Time), the Acknowledgement Form (Annex 1) to valentina.pistritto@itu.int  and copy PROC@itu.int.

2. Queries and Clarification Questions

This tender will be administered by ITU Procurement Division. Therefore, vendors requiring any clarification on the tender documents, or the tender process itself, shall submit their queries, in writing and no later than Monday 16 June 2014 (12h00 Geneva Time) to the email addresses referred in Section 1 above.

ITU will respond to any request for clarification duly received and post its response in UNGM (www.ungm.org), without identifying the source of enquiry.  

3. Deadline for offer submission

The deadline for the submission of the offer is Monday 30 June2014 at 12h00 (Geneva time).

4. Amendments of ITU tender document

At any time prior to the deadline for offer submission, ITU may at its discretion modify the tender documents by amendments.  All prospective vendors shall periodically check if supplementary information to this tender have been posted in UNGM. 

5. Contract

This tender will result in a one-year contract with the Successful Vendor.
