EOI 133773 Production Animated Video Series Outreach

The Public Information and Outreach Section (PIOS) seeks a professional animation company to produce a series of short animated videos to support the Court’s outreach efforts in one specific situation country. These videos are intended to provide accessible, engaging, and accurate information about the ICC’s mandate, judicial processes, and victims’ participation, while also addressing common questions and misconceptions relevant to the context of that country.

The primary audiences include individuals and communities in the situation country who may have limited access to formal sources of information, limited prior knowledge of the ICC, or who are influenced by misinformation. The videos must therefore be culturally sensitive, factually accurate, visually engaging, and suitable for distribution via social media, community screenings, outreach activities, and training sessions.
