New clarification added: Question:Compliance and Evaluation **Brochure and Documentation**:- For Form C (Technical Quotation), is it mandatory to include brochures with specific page numbers for each item, or are data sheets with model numbers sufficient?UNOPS reply:Please refer to Form C:- Bidders are required to complete the Comparative Data Tables included in Section II: Schedule of Requirements to demonstrate compliance with UNOPS requirements and inserted below.- It is mandatory to send the brochures / data sheet of the product and identify the page number in those brochures to conform to the required specs.

New clarification added: Question:**Payment Terms**:- Can you clarify the payment schedule (e.g., advance payment, upon delivery, or milestones) and preferred currency (USD preferred, per RFQ)?- Are there penalties for late delivery, and if so, what are the specific terms or percentages?UNOPS reply:Please refer to the Particulars tab on eSourcing:- Advance payment: Not allowed- Liquidated damages details / Delay damages details: UNOPS will deduct from the contract price, as liquidated damages, a sum equivalent to a percentage of the original total Contract price (0.1%) for each day of delay until actual delivery or performance, up to a maximum deduction (normally 10%). Once the maximum is reached, UNOPS may terminate the Contract pursuant to the Conditions of Contract.- Performance security details: Performance security shall be required from the awarded Bidder in the amount of [5 %] of the total Contract amount, in the form of a Bank Guarantee as set out in the document titled Section IV: Contract Forms which is available in the Documents section. To minimize Credit Risk, UNOPS will only accept Bank Guarantees from Banks or other Financial Institutions with a minimum Long Term Credit Rating of BBB- with Standard and Poor’s, a minimum Long Term Credit Rating of Baa3 with Moody Investor Services, or a minimum Long Term Credit Rating of BBB- with Fitch Ratings. Any Bank Guarantee issued by a financial institution with a credit rating below the outlined credit ratings will require prior validation from UNOPS.

New clarification added: Question: **Centrifugal Pumps**:- For the three types of centrifugal pumps (90 kW, 55 kW, 30 kW), can you clarify if the "coupling shaft and accessories for plug-and-play" includes specific components like baseplates, alignment tools, or vibration dampeners?- Are there tolerances for the specified flow rates (300 m³/hr, 200 m³/hr, 250 m³/hr) or head (60 m, 25 m), or must they be exact?- Should the bronze impeller material comply with a specific standard (e.g., ASTM B584), and are alternative materials acceptable if certified?UNOPS reply:The bidder is required to deliver the pumps according to the bill of quantities and the specifications to the Al-Webd Water Station, East Husaiba and shall not be responsible for installing the water equipment. For the pump parameters, these figures are the minimum that should be achieved.As for the impeller, the bidder is advised to stay inline with the items description and the requirements.

The required specifications and labeling requirements for the submersible pumps are clearly stated in the RFQ documets. While specific certifications such as CE or ISO are not explicitly required/specified, any additional supporting technical documents or international certifications (e.g., CE marking) can be submitted. Regarding brands, bidders must comply with the requirements as stated in the solicitation documents: Section II: Schedule of Requirements.2.
