Analysis Phase Coverage: Could you please confirm whether the analysis phase is expected to comprehensively cover all four targeted Local Water and Sanitation Corporations (LWSCs) — Sana’a, Dhamar, Al Hodeidah, and Ibb? Alternatively, will the scope of analysis vary between these locations?A6a. Yes, it is essential to conduct the analysis for each institution individually due to the differences in organizational structures and operational systems , to emphasize on the needs for tailored solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of each LWSCQ6b. Linkage to Affiliated Branches: Will each of the four LWSCs be directly linked to their affiliated branches in the respective districts within the system? Understanding this linkage is crucial for us to tailor our approach effectively.A6b. Please refer to section 5.1.7. Administrative Management System (AMS), it is essential to conduct the analysis for each institution individually due to the differences in organizational structures and operational systems. Q6c. Mobile Application Component: Kindly clarify which part or component of the Management Information System (MIS) is intended to have a mobile application. Will the mobile app focus on specific functions (e.g., field data collection, local-level input, monitoring dashboards), or is it expected to be a full-featured mobile version of the core MIS platform?A6c. The requirement for mobile applications is explicitly stated in the tender document Section 5.2.5,Mobile and web applications. The detailed specifications of the applications linked to the main and sub-systems shall be determined based on the analysis conducted by the implementing company during the system assessment phase.
