The United Nations Office for Project Services , Horn of Africa Multi-country office (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS HAMCO) is pleased to invite competent Bidders to submit their respective competitive Bids for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Combined refrigerator and freezer for Armauer Hansen Research Institute (AHRI), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and “Schedule of Requirements” herein uploaded under file ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements.

New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Team,Please note that we can only offer a 469L combined refrigerator and freezer unit.To meet the requested minimum volume of 800L, we propose supplying twice the requested number, i.e., a total of 82 units.Kindly advise if we may proceed on this basis.RegardsUNOPS ResponseDear Bidder, All the bid requirements are stated in the Section II:Schedule of Requirement. New clarification added: Dear Bidder Please find a response for the clarification questions.1.We don't have the dimension of the product however the Volume of the Product is mentioned on Section II- Schedule of Requirement as - minimum 800 Lit2. Yes, it is a mandatory requirement to be registered with the Ethiopia Food and Drug Authority (EFDA). Currently we don't have an alternative arrangement.Regards,
