Event Management Services in Pakistan

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Pakistan require comprehensive event management services to organize official events such as training, seminars, workshops, conferences, and other gatherings in Pakistan. These services include boarding, lodging, catering, transportation, event facilities, equipment rental and similar services for single and multi-day events. To address these recurring requirements efficiently, UNODC Pakistan intends to establish Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with capable and reliable service providers. The event management service provider will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional delivery of all events components, including but not limited to : 1. Hotel accomodation 2. Hall rental 3. Equipment rentals (projector, laptops, mics, SMD screens, OB set up etc) 4. Printed materials 5. Catering at external events 6. Photography & videography 7. Transportation The period covered will be 2 years + extension if required. This EOI is not a solicitation of offers.
