REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) – SS2025.00175.EOI FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS/VENDORS FOR SELECTED CATEGORIES OF GOODS & SERVICES REQUIRED BY WFP SOUTH SUDAN
A.Background:
- The United Nations World Food Programme hereinafter referred to as the “WFP”, which is represented in South Sudan by an Office located in Jebel Kujur, Juba, is the leading humanitarian organization saving lives and changing lives, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience by assisting almost 100 million people in around 83 countries each year.
- The WFP South Sudan seeks to pre-qualify reputable suppliers/vendors for selected categories of goods and services which may be required for its food assistance Programme in South Sudan.
- WFP invites eligible suppliers to express their interest in providing the selected categories of goods and services.
B.The Purpose of this Request for EOI:
4. The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify suppliers with verified technical and financial capacity to provide the selected categories of goods and services. Eligible suppliers will be pre-qualified for the WFP South Sudan roster of suppliers and can be invited to participate in the future bidding processes when WFP South Sudan intends to purchase goods and services from the selected categories.

6. Eligibility to be pre-qualified will be determined based on meeting the minimum requirements set forth by WFP South Sudan.
7. After the deadline for submission of responses has passed, WFP will evaluate responses received and will notify eligible participants of the outcome of the pre-qualification.
C.How to Prepare and Submit your Expression of Interest:
8. Register in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) and obtain a registration number. Access UNGM through this website https://www.ungm.org/Account/Registration
9. You must request for the Supplier Profile form, by sending an email to juba.vendreg@wfp.org with “Request for Supplier Profile Form REF NO. SS2025.00175.EOI” appearing in the subject line of the e-mail.
10. Upon preparing you EOI documents, submit by sending an e-mail to juba.vendreg@wfp.org with the EOI Ref. No SS2025.00175.EOI.
11. Deadline for submission of EOI is Thursday 12 June 2025, 16:00 hours, Juba, South Sudan Time (GMT +2 hours).
