New clarification added: On behalf of Blink Marketing, we would like to request clarification on the following points to ensure alignment and accuracy in our submission:Form B: Financial Proposal FormThe instructions state that “The Financial Proposal must be filled in Tables 1, 2, and 3 below (for which the total amount should match), including provision of a detailed cost breakdown.” Could you please clarify whether this means the totals for all three tables should match each other, or if the combined total across all tables should be consistent with the overall proposal amount?Answer: Total cost breakdown in Table 2 should be matched with total financial proposal in Table 1. Table 1 details deliverable payment disbursements. Table 3 is for maximum travel cost and total cost of Table 3 should be included in Table 2 total travel cost.Table 3 – International ScopeTable 3 refers to work in other countries. Or is this table simply a placeholder/sample?Answer: Yes, travel is expected however the schedule of requirements clarifies that local teams could be hired to minimize cost.
