PROVISION OF LARGE FORMAT PRINTING SERVICES, DISPLAY STANDS AND BANNERS FITTINGS FOR UNITED NATIONS OFFICE AT NAIROBI (UNON).

UNON Publishing Services Section (UNON PSS) under the Division of Conference Services is the focal point for publishing & printing services at the United Nations Offices at Nairobi. UNON PSS provides a wide- range of print and non-print solutions while playing an integral part in the daily production of publications for UN Organizations located in the Gigiri compound. To this end The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites suitably qualified firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for provision of large format printing services, display stands and banners fittings to UNON and other UN entities that require printing and branding materials through out the year. An indicative list of items required includes, but is not limited to:- 1) Telescopic Banners/Feather/Breeze/Flag Banners 3.5m length. (3.5 pole height) & 4.5m length (4.5m pole height) 2) Tear Drop Banners 3.4m length 960 x 2000mm 3) Standard Roll up Banners (200cm height and 85cm width) 4) Wide Format Roll up Banners ( 200cm height and 215cm width) 5) Flat Media banner stands (2500mm x 2250mm height) and (3000mm x 2250mm) 6) Flat Media banner with collapsible stands (2500mm x 2250mm height) and (3000mm x 2250mm height) 7) Snap Frames A2, A1, A0 and A3 (rounded or straight corners, 25mm profile made of lightweight aluminium. 8) Branded boxes/cubes printed full colour (60x60x60cm) and (30x30x30cm) 9) Print, sewing, finishing on fabric/cloth per square metre. 10) Print, sewing, finishing on extra wide(>65inch) PVC block flex per square metre 11) Installation of printed fabric/PVC flex in the conference rooms or branded areas on UN metallic frames per square meter. The contract is anticipated to be awarded for an initial three (3) years with options to extend for two (2) one- year periods for a possible total of five (5) years (3+1+1). Subsequent to the closing date of this EOI, UNON anticipates to issue a formal solicitation document to potential companies who have expressed interest to provide the goods and services in accordance with the requirements that will be fully specified in the solicitation document.
