United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in a tender for "LRPS-2025-9197537 Engagement of Legal support for drafting bill and legislative process for Nutrition Bill" through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF invites you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the Request for Proposals for Services (LRPS) and the terms and conditions contained herein.
1. Receipt of Invitation and Intent to Submit

2. Request for Clarification
If you have any enquiries regarding the tender documents, please submit them using "Annex E - Enquiries & Clarification Form" and ensure you reply to all recipients in this email.

3. Proposal Submission
All proposals must be submitted via email ONLY to mlya-procurement@unicef.org by:
