The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Division of Programme Managmenent and Support, Operational Solutions and Transitions Section, invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of baseline surveys and feasibility studies of renewable energy options for cooking, lighting and power provision in selected refugee camps.
