Request for Quotation for the Provision of Short Messaging Services (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) for the Private Sector Partnerships of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees

UNHCR, Representation in Thailand needs to contact donors on various issues to engage public and donors. With integration to phone call and printed material communications, we tend to speed up the contact process by sending Short Messaging Services (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) especially during the emergency fundraising. We will utilize this service to reach out donors and prospect donors via mobile phone. As most donors in our record have mobile phone contact, we believe this could improve contact rate, increase engagement rate and minimize our postage costs. 

The Vendor should be able to provide an independent platform for UNHCR to upload data and send both SMS and MMS in English and Thai. The platform should be easy to operate, and the access should be accessible or controlled by UNHCR. 

Project duration: service starting from the appointment of the selected service provider for the period of one year, with the possibility of extension for 1 more year in total a 2-year contract, subject to satisfactory performance. Tentative start date July 2025.
