Provision of Skilled, Unskilled, and Expert manpower Services to MONUSCO, in DRC and Uganda

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 1. The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies for the Provision of Skilled, Unskilled, and Expert manpower services to support in the execution of its operations at Goma, Bukavu, Bunia, Beni, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo and Entebbe, Uganda. 2. The following will be the minimum Vendor requirements: a) Proven experience of supplying similar services for at least a minimum of seven (7) years b) Level 2 registration in UNGM c) Provision of a minimum of five (5) client reference letters for successful provision of similar services d) After contract mobilization, ability to onboard manpower within 3 to 7 days e) Ability to scale manpower according to demand 3. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of bid/proposals. 4. MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. Submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the documents; MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOI’s received after the deadline indicated below. 5.
