UNOPS requirements are comprised of the following Four (4) lots:

UNOPS requirements are comprised of the following Four (4) lots:
- LOT 1 - (Item 1): The supply and delivery of Prime Mover 6x6 (Suitable for 80 Ton capacity prime loader) (QTY 2)
- LOT 1 - (Item 2): The supply and delivery of Prime Loader - Capacity 80 ton (QTY 6)
- LOT 2 - (Item 1): The supply and delivery of Fuel tanker (QTY 4)
- LOT 2 - (Item 2): The supply and delivery of Water tanker (QTY 11)
- LOT 3 - (Item 1): The supply and delivery of Tipper Truck (6x6) single wheel (QTY 4)
- LOT 3 - (Item 2): The supply and delivery of Medium Truck/lorry truck 6x6 (QTY 4)
- LOT 4: The supply and delivery of Heavy Vehicle Medium Crane 4x4 (QTY 2)

Can you confirm preferred tyre size please (12R20 or 12R24)? Min 12R24 is required. Q3. [Sect. II, LOT 1 – (Item 1)]. Is there a preferred load platform length? standard length to be compatible with Item 2 (Prime loader) Q4. [Sect. II, LOT 1 – (Item 2), 3.4 & 3.5]. Is there a preferred load platform length & width? New clarification added: LOT 4: The supply and delivery of Heavy Vehicle Medium Crane 6*6 (QTY 2), based on the specified 6x6 traction type and the required crane maximum lifting capacity of 80 tons, it appears that these two specifications may not be compatible. Could you kindly confirm if the requirements remain as originally stated?Response: This has now changed to Traction 4x4 amended documents issued

New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurment Team,We are currently in the process of preparing our response for RFQ/2025/56780 due on 15 May 2025. Given the current timeline - with clarification questions due by 08 May and the anticipated responses around 9-10May - we forsee a very limited window to finalize our quotation and shipping plan. As these require careful coordination and internal approvals, we would appreciate additional time to ensure our submission is accuate and fully compliant.Therefore, we kindly request an extension to the submssion deadline. New clarification added: LOT 1 - (Item 1): Generic Specifications for Troop carrier flatbed truck - 6x6 traction (Prime Mover) (QTY 2) you ask both troop carrier Bench facility on flatbed, foldable, for 24 numbers of persons, min and Prime Mover Suitable For 80 Ton Capacity Prime Loader, in my opinon , these are two different vehicles. Can you clairfy if you need a troop carrier in addition to the prime mover. Response: An amendment has been made and this has now changeed to Prime Mover 6x6 ( Suitable for 80 ton capacity prime loader)

This is not in line with the tender requirement. Schedule of Requirement Section C & Returnable Bidding FOrms Section C state "Bidder shall deliver the goods by 15th December 2025 after Contract signature.". Kindly confirm that we can submit 'No' in the portal questionnaireResponse: an Amendment rev*1 tender will be submitted to correct the error.2. We can submit completion certificates for Turnkey projects we have completed. New clarification added: for this bid, is Performance Security neededResponse: Perfomance security is required after award and shall only be completed (bank) by the successful Bidder after contract award. However, as requirement to submit all forms, a bidder can stamp (no filling) Form F as acknowledgement to provided the perfomance security when awaded.
