The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply and Delivery of 24,000 BTU Split-Type Air Conditioner For Armauer Hansen Research Institute (AHRI), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
If you are interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RFQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this RFQ and submit it to UNOPS by the deadline for quotation submission.

New clarification added: Bidder Requist I would like to seek clarification regarding the quantity of the air conditioners listed. The document mentions 4 sets/pieces — could you please confirm if this is accurate?I also noticed that the quantity for the hand pallet trucks is listed as 24 pieces, which raised a bit of confusion. Could there possibly be a typographical error, or is this correct?I appreciate your clarification on this matter.UNOPS Responce Please be informed that the document Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms for RFQ/2025/57218 has been updated with the correct information. UNOPS and its partner requested 4 units of the 24,000 BTU split-type air conditioner in this RFQ.
